Return and Refund Policy

Every piece is inspected before it leaves the studio.
What we accept:
Returns are accepted only for a verified production defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery, with all tags and labels intact, the piece unworn and unwashed.
What we do not accept:
- Picking the wrong size— please check the measurements before ordering
- Change of mind
- Preference or styling
How to report a defect:
Email tomoritribe@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the fault. We will respond with next steps.
What you get:
Where a defect is verified, we offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Return shipping is paid by you unless the fault is ours in production.
Adire is dyed by hand. Slight differences in pattern, depth of colour and placement are the nature of the cloth and are not defects.
